(no subject)

Work was tiring...not in a good way. I'm working on my peer review and I know I worked all day on it but it seems like nothing when you actually look at the presentation but I've got all of my research in hand so hopefully that will condense into something on the presentation today. Hell, I didn't even goof off yesterday....lots of reading I guess. After work instead of taking the sewing machines in like I should have done I fell into a stupor on the couch. I was so out that mel kissed me good bye on top of my head and I didn't even wake up.

I awoke about 5pm, groggy and in a "I don't wanna do anything" mode but the slip cover was driving me crazy so I started adjusting it and then the dishes had to get done and then richard came by and we chatted and then..you get the idea of me just wandering about the house doing things. I made dinner with eggplant caponate for sauce for the pasta. It was ready at 7pm so I ate peacefully with the boys and watched alton brown. During that K came over to drop off scrolls and traded for the A&S blanks. I meandered to Meg's with "She Wants Revenge" playing on the cd player and sat down to enjoy watching nikki get all excited about her new gold leafy stuff and painted 3 of the A&S scrolls. They do paint up pretty quick...I think I did 3 with in an hour. Got home and showered and then read my book for a while (bad turkish vampires dead, poor crusaders now have vampirism...ahhhh) and fell asleep. I don't remember much about sleeping except pushing a cat away at some point but mel said I took up the entire bed diagonally and I wouldn't move at all or wake up. ooopss... I awoke with a rather graphic dream running through my brain and I didn't wankt to get out of the nice warm bed but work beckons.

So, same as yesterday but hopefully more progress on my side of things.
