Work was work. I got lots of assemblies through, did some drawings that took too long (seriously could have hand drafted them quicker) and then did a factory floor cleanup. Just ask your self, is 300 exacto blades enough for one workstation? Then left work and headed out to get sable knight stuff. I have successfully gotten a basket for dessert for 4 people including glasses, plates and silverware. Very cool. Plus I hit sally and got a really cool boar bristle brush that has a soft side and then a really coarse side. Yeah! Got home and mel was sorting his lego horde. Such a geek. I gathered games to give to Illora for Simon's vigil and we headed out to metro grill for food. It was good and the pasta salad was awesome. We also got to chat about the meeting and put out a quick block format of land which I hope we get maps of soon.

The meeting was good and very, very well attended. Miss Faydra was being uber cute and zippy's socks matched his scarf. Got home at a good time and I started in on cheese. Was slightly worried though since I used the big pot for the solution and I was worried I wasn't going to have space for my water bath in the sink but it worked fine. Got to bed very quickly after that.

Got up about 15mins early and got the cheese draining. The yield for this recipe is pretty large, the yield this time around is really good so I will probably be getting almost 3# of cheese out of it. Woot! Might have to do a small extra basket of cheese and crackers....hmmmm. So, I need to hit the factory floor rather quick but it should be a good day.
