Yesterday was a nice, I got the baby blanket done and started the next one...much easier pattern on this one...woot! Had a really nice dinner out with the Martin Clan and then home to a movie and working on the new afghan. I went to be a bit late but I slept well and got up this morning to ride. I've been doing the route up to tanque verde which is a 10.5 mile ride. I had a really good 20mph clip down wilmot to tanque verde and slowed as I started up the gradual grade but overall to joe's it was 16.2mph. Called mel at joes and he was a zombie so I biked home. He got up when I got in and I changed and got to breakfast. Stacey, one of our fav waitresses, noticed that I had stopped on my bike outside the restaurant and then pedaled off.

Got a nice breakfast and then I trundled off to ari's to feed the cats and take care of things. Mel walked home to attempt to wake up...he didn't sleep well. Got home after and errand and got clothes sorted and going in the wash. I need to get all of my laundry done and pack for my trip. The cats are sprawled about the house looking really cute and mel is in the shop working on the new camp bed. He's turning the legs on the lathe and they look really nice. I hope to make good headway on the afghan and get all of my chores done today. Movies here I come.

Yes it tells me. I can set it to what ever increment I want...just got it set a bit low...it was a .5 miles...I can also have it tell me average speed etc. Though, usually my music is louder than the computer voice.

Do you ride with music on? I have not tried that. Been a bit afraid to ride with tunes.

yes, I always ride with music...guess you never noticed. I keep it a volume that I know what the music is but not loud enough I can't have a conversation or hear traffic

O.o Ianuk's moving up to the big leagues soon! Try and drag Richard out with you when he recovers from this breathing issue.
