Amen Brother!!!

I'm not much on politics but I am proud to be an American even with our many flaws. CNN's Lou Dobbs made a very poignant statement with this writing. If its not your thing, don't comment. But I put this for saving.

Our Flag Belongs to All American's by Lou Dobbs"...course he also bashes Katie Couric so...you know I gotta love it.

You know, as differing as our political view are, I have to say, I agree with this one.
I really think folks are putting too much weight on the symbol in many instances. What it should (IMO) represent isn't the current political regime or the war or anything like that. It should represent one's support of commitment to the process that makes everything (good and bad) possible here.
Of course, agreeing (or not) on the meaning of a symbol is the issue right?
