Well, work progressed and I was there later than I wanted (just more carry over for next week, squee). I managed to get two crisis worked out and resolved. Not the way I wanted them resolved but resolved none the less. It was a good day, we had a nummy BBQ with the super team and had dickman's steaks. I overate and with the weather turning all monsoony in the later afternoon I did not get my bike ride in that I wanted...but I did get a nice nap with the kitties. Got up and going and went to kung fu. Had a good class and then it was home for trash cleanup and bedtime. Mel and I purused the cookbooks and got dinner for the game group planned. We will be having BBQ'd beef (smoked roasts) and veggies with corn bread.

Slept well but the girls were all about telling us about breakfast form 630am on. We got up at 8am and I got my gear on a biked 5 miles at about 14mph. Not too bad considering its been 6 months or so since I road. The bike did well and got synced into gearing on the high ratios after a bit of riding. All good. I go in at 11am to get my bike re-fit. I'm betting I'm going to be needing adjustment parts to my handlebars but we shall see. Well, time to shower and get going, mel and I have been having a leisurely morning. He's gotten the smoker going for dinner and I've ready my book and drank my coffee. Good times.
