a month later and things are better/not better?

First off the family vacation was really nice and not as stressful as I expected it to be...at least when I finally got Mel to sit down while we were at my mom's and plan the rest of the trip and hotels etc.  It was good. We had a really nice time.  Found our travel limits, got to sight see and give money to local places we had missed.  I also got to see my Aunt Judy when we stopped in colorado and that was so awesome. Got back and had a huge work task that involved a lot of brain power and public speaking.  I spent two days taking with very upper level people, getting information and then presenting to large groups to accept some hardware.  I think of it as being in Queen mode and its exhausting....by Thursday I wasn't feeling great but I managed to finish the day with a call to my doc to get in the next day. My right tragus was swollen and i couldn't touch it and it was going into my jaw.  I have an ear infection as best as they can tell and got put on antibiotics...so I spent the weekend being a lump and playing video games, watching Ari's cats when I was not being hostess and photog for the dojo black belt dinner.  Roxie handled the food and I got folks lined up and posed and took photos and then watched the cats and then came home and went to bed early.

This week of work has been finalizing the stuff from last week, working on our proposal and trying to concentrate.  The antibiotics are working but my brain is off and my ankle is being a PITA and so I just want to sleep.  I'm sure part of it is vacation let down....stress from work and the weather has been MONSOON!  so the house is sticky and warm but the storms have been nice.  So, life is better than last I wrote but I'm honestly thinking my meds need a change.  It does not help that my gym activity for almost a month has been nill....but that is what it is with work and travel.  So  I hope to kick this funk and just get back on an even keel
