Monday it is...

I really wish I had one more day to the weekend...yes, I'm spoiled rotten and already had a 3 day weekend...but 1 day was completely drained by reading HP7 (go read it!) so I don't think that should count. Sunday puttered by...I got my new persian kaftan and vest sewn together and all that is left is finish work. I did not get to cleaning out a closet or fixing my shalwar or my middle coat. Eh, I shall cope. Made a nummy dinner with the recipe I posted yesterday. Had a nice dinner, watched horrible movies with the husband (it was jurassic sunday on scifi) and then we played ninja burger with richard...it took a long time cause we are way too nice of people. Just before bed we had to spray again for ants...not sure where they are coming from but the bleach keeps them at bay for about 2 weeks. I think I will be putting ant poison in the places the cats can't get to.

I felt all itchy from the humidity and I'm sure a bit of allergies from being at the zoo. Pictures from our trip are here. They didn't turn out too bad but I'm still working at using my manual focus with the big lens. Went to bed and I didn't wake up until the alarm went off.

I feel kinda bad cause I passed mel today and it was starting to rain. I need to call him to check that he made it in to work okay. Sighs...I told him to drive.

So, I need to plan things for the weekend at highlands...buy meat for lunches and make one seal a meal dinner for saturday night. Anybody else camping kinda solo?
