Tuesday..not for lack of trying.
Well, work was hard...I kept trying to get to my main task and was thwarted at every turn. I have that same task sitting in front of me now and gosh darnit...I'm gonna make progress...but yesterday not so much. Got home a bit later than normal, was starving, reheated up food and then snuggled down for a nap. Obsidian snuggled with me while I slept and mel was spinning and watching law and order when I woke up. I didn't want to get off the couch cause I was warm and snuggly but it was melee night and I needed to get out of the house. Got to practice just at 7pm and slowly got into armour. Chatted up lots of folks and then took the field. Was very happy to have melees...but man was my throat dry. I fought all night and it was good. Smallish turn out but I think we all had fun. Got home just at 10pm which was good cause mel had to be at the airport at 615 which means I had to be on time getting out of the house. I slept wonderfully and woke up being a mommy cat perch.
So today is buckle down day. I'm not going to call in out 2 telecons just so I can concentrate on a few tasks. I also want to work a bit late to make up hours from last week and then go home and work on my taxes so I can hopefully drop them off on friday. We shall see. Here's to a productive day.
