I can haz pi?

So, been a productive day all around. I have a bit more to work on my major change paper before it goes to review tomorrow and I have one other tasks that needs to be done tomorrow and then it will be home for the weekend.

Got home, cleaned the kitchen and got recipes together for pie making. duchess_asa was over for socializing and learning the pie making biz...seriously..some of these should be way harder to make. We managed to get 3 pumpkin, 2 key lime, 1 mincemeat, 1 chocolate turtle and 1 apple-cranberry. The Last was a very, very involved process...its turned out nice but it took over 1.5 hours of prep time. And I ran out of apples (ivan only picked up 7). So I still need to do my apple crumble. But I'll call it a good night. The girls are having a tiff and I'm gonna try one last time to see if they will get fed. If not..I'm gonna take a shower and go to bed.

Holly is sweeter then any pie, she is so easy to get a smile out of.
I got to see her grump a little, but when she is fed, changed, etc... she is a big smile machine. talk to her she smiles, touch her hand she smiles, stroke her hair big smile.
I think the cats might have been a little jealous of the Holly girl.
