Busy Tuesday
May. 4th, 2005 07:18 amSo, once again yesterday my IPT lead left me being the "person" for our project in a meeting. Its rather weird. I'm not happy with that and we will be having a talk about it. I'm happy that he thinks I can handle it but some forwarning that I'll be the "woman" is needed so I can prepare. Nuff Said.

bewilde's to get some minatures drawn, ran home, changed for class, called meg, ran to meg's house to pick up 3 sygils to be finished, class (o' the fun of self defense), then home to calligraphy. I got the first sygil done except for some scraping and a bit of paint, the second I got half done and need to finish that up tonight, do the whitework on the last one and all should be good. I'm really glad I just did all of the callig for His Scroll since its the same hand as his Cygils. Though now I'm worried about getting the dresses hemmed. So, after the calligraphy onslaught after we meet with our insurance agent I will get all of the hems evened out and ready for hand sewing. So, not stressful just busy. Mel's in the same boat..his fingers just aren't used to the abuse of sewing right now and the shoes are not done...though I think he'll finish them tonight after he makes us dinner.
So, work today is more of the same, I have to get documentation to my customer and suppliers. I was successful in getting models to them yesterday and that was really, really good. So, I have a game plan. Just need to follow through. Plus finalize things with our lender and make sure we are good to go with teh 12th of May at 2pm closing. So, if all goes well we will get keys to the house on May 13, just before I go to floor judge for TKD. So, good times...
Oh, and if you haven't seen the cover of the May Tusker its got mel on the cover...though in real life he has a really small nose...but it has the beaney! HA!
