I got up at almost nine and practiced the top half of steffan's scroll since its these laerge capitals. I then had breakfast with mel and watched with amusement as butterfly figured out how to get one piece of food at a time out of the automatic feeder. We investigated and figure with the hopped completely full she won't be able to do that. She's quite clever.

I'm now waiting for the top calligraphy to dry since I need to ahve it dry to finish the lining for the text. But I figure I should be able to have steffan's scroll done by noon except for the viney bits that I will need help with at the war. Its not getting presented until saturday morning...so I have wednesday and some of thursday to play. Its gonna be nice, even for a promissary. After that I will hit the rest of the list which I have paired down to the last few bits.

1) Attach trim on pink coat (hand sew)
A. bottom right
B. Kick flap
2) Buttons and loops on gambesons and pink coat (on site at the war)
3) Finish bracelets for gift baskets
4) Strip sheild and repaint
5) Make color copies of scrolls for portfolio

6) Make chilli (on the stove)
7) Attach gift tags to gift basket items (need tape)(in progress)
And I delivered them!
8) Restring beads for myself and HE Christine (next)

Seriously, when I looked forward at this weekend on friday (hellday) and thought "You'll get this done!" I about thought I was crazy. But everything that I planned on getting done before we got on site is DONE!!!!!

It was most productive. My only hopes for tomorrow, since mel and I are thoroughly in project mode now is to get home from work at noon and then leisurely pack the truck and finish the two last mini- projects that I wanted to do 1)make a cover for our water cooler and 2) make pillow cases for mel's pillows (flannel). Its about an hour of work that I hope I can put in along with folding all of the laundry, cleaning up the house (though the kitchen is finished)and getting to bed at a reasonable hour. I plan on staging everything to the front room which needs to be scribble-fide but I think its completely doable. I was just really glad to get everything done including re-stringing 3 things of mine that had broken and finishing up a new necklace that has the raven pendant I bought at last estrella and beads from three of my fav laurels (Tarik, Helgi and Ivan), how cool is that? I also need to get the stuff for my classes organized but I'm limiting myself to 3 books and then 1 box of antiquities. Should be able to handle that just fine. Everything else is gravy. Yeah!

Along with helping richard we got zippy all straightened out with a prize for the laurel combat list and I was able to give him some garb for Irena so he doesn't have to completely dress her before Wednesday night cause he's been working on Stefan's stuff. I also gave him all of my purchased glass beads and some other trinkets to build a good set of festoons too. Yeah!

So, still wired I'm gonna hit the shower and snuggle in to bed to read for a while. Sleepy tea sounds good to...good night everyone and sleep tight with visions of Estrella War dancing in your head.
