Weary Wednesday

Work progressed very busy. I did manage to get two items off of my task list but its not getting any smaller..oh, well. Busy is better then bored, especially for me. I got home about 5pm...yeah I worked late two days in a row and came in before 6:30am both days...I'm so not coming in on friday and taking part of thursday afternoon I think too.

Got home and well, didn't feel motivated to do anything. I turned on the TV and snuggled up on the couch with the girls which of course resulted in kitten happy slumber. I awoke at 6pm with a call from atensibilla. I then decided that I was hungry and needed comfort food. Unfortunately, I ate too much pastrami and the already unhappy tummy wasn't any happier. I just continued to drink my eeggee on the way to fighter practice and proceeded to be bombarded by lots of people.

I was tired but I think I did okay. Got to cut cake with Christoph for his b-day (he's 14) and get some other business taken care of. I did get some quiet baby time and a good massage from dvering and Conrad got my ears to pop. But I left way later than I planned and instead of being a good girl and heading straight for bed I decided that I needed to watch tv...well, I fell asleep during the hour I was going to watch and finally got to bed about 10:30. This morning it was hard getting up but I had the kitten hungry chorus loudly proclaiming it was morning. Obsidian is missing her dad, course I am too except that he's being a silly boy and not calling me at all over the last few days. So, if he expects me to pick him up from the airport I think he's gonna have to take a taxi. Since 1) I don't know when he's getting in and 2) I have haircut and color at DD's tonight...so if its after 9..yeah maybe. Silly boy.

Well, I need to trudge through some paperwork and get things handled on a few pieces of hardware...but I'm tired and mildy tummy sick. Argh..oh, well. I have to get through today and part of tomorrow and then I can relax.
