Friday/Saturday

Friday dawned late...which was good cause I slept in. Mel brought me coffee and fresh baked alton brown raisin muffins in bed. I stayed there until 11am reading "The Time Traveller's Wife" which I highly recommend. Had some fun and then mel and I headed out to grocery shop together..something we realize we haven't done together in 2-3 months. Then it was home and started cleaning. Got everything, including cleaning the bedroom completed before we headed off to open matt at the dojo. Got a good work out and learned Poi Choun Cannon Fist which is really a really boring form. Then it was home to finish preparing enchiladas and gaming.

Gaming was odd...too much drama between players but good. I had shaylan to provide good commentary and skritches and gaucamole and dip...such a good house guest. Stayed up talking with her and was awoken this morning by the "feed us or we will kneed your bladder" duo. I got up and started to make breakfast and all was good. Cut out 3 under dresses and 2 over dresses and got to go to joann's for more linen and found a lamp. Shaylan and I had a good time and then got back to chat. Katelena was down from phx learning bronze casting and she was having fun. Varr and Blossom arrive to help with the computer and we have good conversation and nummy tempura food. Right now I'm gonna relax a bit and then set down to sew an over dress and hopefully an underdress tonight. We'll see though my motivator is getting odd and I might need to stop off at Mos Eisley to get it repaired.

Tomorrow will involve more sleeping in and then going through all of teh old crap and boxes we haven't unpacked and getting the seneschal and A&S stuff out of the house. Should be good.

Course I just noticed that Varr or Shaylan or someone has my stuffed panda and raven screwing on top of my monitor...cute... (grin)
