Its times like these..

That I am thankful for many people. dverning for making my head stop hurting. Allergies are teh suck and I could finally think clearly which is what I needed at that exact moment. karzboi for being a good guy and getting the troops going even though we weren't on the field. For Ed trying to help and finally realizing that the effort would not help. For miladyblade for bringing out the sheet music I wanted. Yeah for music at estrella. For desert_moloch for making sure the troops were moving and later for getting everything settled in our truck. For bean for being a gal I can understand and help. You were feeling bad and I understand completely. But "this too shall pass." For bdrisco for offering to make us cool stuff for the war. To everyone who came up and said "hi!" It was an interesting night but we made it through. Got a few melee's in at the end of the evening. Not anywhere close to my best fighting but I was out in the wall and watching our folks go. Mel and I got home after a quick trip to the pharmacy for my allergy meds and chatted and drank beer until midnight. All good. Plus butterfly was doing psycho kitty attacks on the turtle we got from IKEA and it was very cute.

Today will be fit checks on the cars. Plus a test drive of a Hyundai. Not to thrilled about dealing with Jim Click again but we shall see if we like the car. Gotta put a call into mom. One of the cats has cancer and its been hard on her since its one of her favorites. Johnny is a great little kitty but yeah, these things happen. There is something about fall that gets to folks, not sure what it is...but as I said earlier, this too shall pass. On with the day.
