Monday...yep that was definitely monday...

It was a weird day. I spent most of it on the floor assembly hardware and munching on pizza. Ugh, ate way too much of it so I skipped dinner and I'm still not hungry. Got home and was exhausted from the weekend and day. Curled up on the couch and obsidian horned in on my chest and started to try to pull the afghan over herself. Well I obliged and did it for us both and was out and asleep in a few minutes. Awoke to answer the phone a few times. If you call to ask if my husband is there and I say "no" you should probably follow that up with the "oh, can you tell him I called?" Cause a stoopid person didn't do that so I didn't tell mel they called. Oh, well, I didn't have to deal with them. Got to say hello to the good kung fu crewe and started getting back into the silk painting. My goal was to finish the banner and I succeeded. Its okay...not spectacular. But meg and everyone else really liked it so I guess I'm just being over critical of my work right now. I haven't really been challenged by anything and I'm trying to be more on the ball with stuff and well, yeah stoopid artist head. I know someone will like it. Now there is cleaning of the house this week to do and hopefully setting up the new torch and cutting out just a few things for the war.

Got done with the banner, kissed the boy goodbye and headed off to Ari's for scribble. Had a really nice night of painting on some of the estrella war A&S scrolls. Oh, Bridget, call Raylee and tell her you're doing the scroll and don't forget I will help when ever you need as long as its not a tuesday or sunday (fighter practices). Had some good chats and mason was being extra cute. I need to remember to put my mustard on tomorrow so it will be all good for packaging up before the end of the month. Got home a bit early and soaked my very sore hands in the parafin bath a few time. The thumb was moving great but still really swollen. Today its very, very sore. Hopefully I can grip my shield well enough for melees tonight. I stayed up reading for a while and waited for the bread to be done. Slept well, really well and didn't really want to get out of bed. Oh, well.

Today is looking up. I've got things to do and people to call and I feel pretty good minus the throbbing thumb. So, on we go.
