Well, saturday I slept in a bit and then started in on the documentation. I got a good ways and almost finished my cooking entry after some chatting with the domingo. Got a call at 10am from kung fu mary for some quick alterations to her dress silks and I hopped into the shower. Mary came over and I fixed her pants and then we trundled off to the site for the promotions. I did a lot of sitting around and watching people. Took a few of the group shots since the photog was in the photos. Then it was a lot of sitting around and waiting while people got tickets for the dinner. There was assigned seating but you had to wait in line to get your ticket...yeah..not so efficient. Finally things got rolling and they did the promotions. I got lots of photos and will upload them at some point this week. The dinner was okay, mel and andrew had to serve it which made us all very happy that we had made sure to get them lunch during a quick break since they didn't eat till everyone was done. Left and got home after a quick stop at plaza liquors. The have BERRYWEISS!!!!! OMG, the squeeness that was me!!!! Got home and change the tire on my bike after much consternation and sweat. Did some adjustments. The handlebars do not go up but I did adjust their tilt. Got to bed after much chatting with the hubby.

We got up at 7am and had a good 11 mile ride in. I just need to remember to bend my elbows which is causing a lot of my issues with the bike and my hands. I also need to put the seat up a bit more and slide it back but I did okay. Slightly slower average of 13.8mph but we did good. Had a quick breakfast at joe's and all is well. Mel is off to a black belt meeting at the dojo and I need to finish cooling down, shower, head to the bike shop for a few things (exchange my gloves, get intertubes and and other set of tools and a helmet).
