Trudge, trudge, trudge...

Well, I spent most of the rest of the day playing catchup with the computer issues. Had a good discussion on a part I've been having issues on and well, that made me feel better. Got home and curled up on the couch and napped...I was a bit zapped for the ordeals of the day. Got my stuff gathered for the Laurel's fair and I agree with Ari, I need a scribal and a non scribal portfolio..though most were very amused by the Ivan with no beard photos and ten years younger looks.

Got home and I opened the past few days on my lego calendar and Storvarr and Ivan and Ari chatted on things over dinner. Butterfly has no idea who Ari is when she's in armenian clothing. Very funny. Then it was bed time. The book (Smoke and Shadows) is heading oddly, not sure where yet. Huff tends to write a lot of foreshadowing if you pick up on it...I'm sure its foreshadowing but not sure yet of what. Anyhoo, I read for a bit and when mel crawled in bed I turned off the light.

I'm pretty sore from the shots I took on Tuesday...its swelling oddly. Mel will be home with Storvarr so it will be just me at Victory Hall from the Kemp house. I'm gonna endeavor to not have a repeat of Tuesday and will banish my suckage.

So far things are going swimmingly at work, things are progressing through review for my cn's and I've got emails in and people are signing the paperwork, so I may be able to get things done by the 15th like I promised folks I would. That would be most excellent.

Package was shipped to SC on time and under budget for xmas.

Gave blood yesterday and got a really nice long sleeve t-shirt in a medium size and they girl was awesome with the blood draw and the entire bus of phlebotomists were a hoot for needling each other verbally the entire time I was there.

So, I just had one of our chief engineers say "You do good work and are highly valued!"

I hope that means promotion....that would be kewl.


Course I wish I felt physically better....eh.
