friday for all..
May. 1st, 2009 10:31 amI did not get out of work yesterday till almost 1215 but I got things done and things were signed off and hardware was moving. It was a long morning. Got home, had lunch and then went shopping for gift basket things and groceries. Got home and the house smelled wonderfully of bread. richard had put on a batch of herb beer bread. I got the groceries put away and started in on the carving some more. Its coming along but still not done. the fine detail is killer and I have to be very careful to not chip out. But I did manage to get all of my documentation done on one object by the time I went to bed. Mel and Ed had no luck on casting but sometimes that is what happens. I've been there.
I slept good and didn't want to get out of bed. My knees have been bugging me something fierce and biking seemed like a bad idea but I got up and after snuggling with the kitties and did 8 miles and had breakfast at joes. I feel good though my asthma has flared and I knew it would from how allergy ick I've been feeling. But I did it...maintained almost 15mph the entire way and my knee is weak but feels much better...I think I've been curled up on the couch too much carving and its getting tight from that. So, I'm going to try to make sure not to crunch up and just keep the legs out. I'm gonna work on carving and documentation until about noonish and then get packed for the weekend and the demo. At least that is the plan. I know the demo stuff needs to get packed but I might just need to stage the stuff for the weekend. Not sure if we are gaming...I'm thinking not since projects have been in work. Anyhoo...time to get going on things. I feel good though.
