Tired Thursday

Well, work was slow. Then it picked up in the end. Got home and was so tired I took a queue from mel and took a nap. Butterfly was already curled up with him and I layed down as well. Then she snuggled with me. I slept a bit but more zen'd out with just relaxing. Mel was exhausted so I just relaxed. Mel got up about 5pm and I started in on making dinner. Omelets are nummy. The Hall was canceled do to work and weather and I was taking an evening off from working out. I'd had 5 days on...time for one day rest. I headed out for a bit of shopping at Target and Safeway. Got home and worked on the baby afghan. I had to redo row 8 - 5 times...I had repeated the wrong thing the first go around. I had then missed a stitch on the 2nd, I added an extra motif on the 3, forgot a motif on the 4th and finally got it right on the 5th so we moved onto the next 2 rows. I'm putting a stitch marker in at every 5 rows so I know where I'm at in the pattern since until I get to row 14 things repeat but its a 4 row repeat which will be nice. I was watching rebroadcast tour coverage and just marveling at the scenery.

Tonight is game night and tomorrow is Mons A&S and we might be able to get some MMA watching in if we get home soon enough. I'm looking forward to seeing the arts stuff and see all of the entries. I'm anxious to be able to sit and work on the afghan on the travel and to biking in the mornings. Its gonna get hot this weekend...so early morning rides are a must. I hope to get one in tomorrow before we leave. Court isn't until 1030am so I should be able to manage if I get up at 7am.

So, all in all this should be an easy day. I have lots of prepwork for next week and for my travel the following week to do. Chat later...
