ianuk: (happy)
So, yesterday I worked and worked on the conclusion and sent it of the team for review. My dept manager said "good job and a comma here" and that was it!!!! Woot! So, yeah, staying late and working on it paid off. Just two more roll up papers to do and some slides and I should be done with this task. YAY!!!

Missed heading up with the VH guys to Twin Moons for practice due to work but as we can see above that was okay. I got home and was hungry, opened the fridge to scavange and found Cornish Pasties ready to bake! SCORE! I baked one Oggie up in the toaster oven and proceeded to clean up my studio and find my silk dye. It was right on the shelf where they are supposed to be, where I check 3 times...go figure. I ate and then settled in to work on twila's project while watching telly and chatting up richard. By the time bed came around I managed to get 75% complete on her project, do a bit of laundry and start in on my mom's gift #2 and upload some photos from our San Diego trip. You can check them out in the October area of my kodak page.

I then hit the shower and read in bed for a bit...and slept until mel came home and then I woke up when he was in the bathroom and I had a cat sitting on my bladder. I didn't sleep too well after that...but its okay. Today is friday.

Grumble...

So, for the past year or so I've had a photo website that I pay kodak to maintain. Recently they have stopped offering this service and now you can only "share" albums like I did before I had the website. I can still publish things through a backdoor site but they do not have a time estimate of when the site will go down but they did refund my money after I chatted with them. le sigh.

Now many of you will say "ianuk, you have flickr, go there!". I really, really, really detest the interface and the more I use it, since I use it a lot for my Ravelry account, the more I hate it. Photobucket is even worse. I like kodak cause you can order good quality, kodak processed prints and the interface is very, very easy to use. I'm just annoyed. I really liked it and it was very cost effective. Oh, well, back to linking to a share versus an actual permanent home.
