Attack of the snot monster...

So, monday I felt good. I only had a tinge of clear congestion coming out of my nose and anything coming out of my lungs was clear as well. Tuesday scratchy throat and more congestion in the colored variety. Sighs. Well, I made due with some tylenol yesterday and a single sudafed to get me through the day. I think I erred when I didn't take another one for bedtime cause though I was tired I kept waking up because the right side of my face was packed full and hurting so much brushing my teeth was a chore. I honestly had the battle with myself this AM to see if I really should go to work. If I had taken my laptop home last night I'd have been working from home. I hope to get a few things done in person today and then curl up at home to work on paperwork and drawing reviews. We shall see if I can accomplish that. Being upright is helping and things are draining but man I feel ucky. Though my mental faculties are all there.
In the midst of the pretty sleepless night I had a weird pregnancy dream. This is probably spawned by lj discussions on births with a friend of![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
bewilde's but I had a dream where I remember one thing and then wake up with a baby who is weighing in at 13.75#'s and asking mel how I got there. And he looks at me with a look of "oh, my god, my wife is off her rocker" and then the dream ended cause I had to blow my nose. Sighs.
So, gonna try to find the one guy I need to see if person today and see if I can cope for a few hours...not sure. Gonna also call the doc and see what they think I should do.
I do want to thankswordmage for bringing over hot from the oven cinnamon rolls last night. They sure did perk mel and I up last night. Wow and they made excellent breakfast this morning. Thank you.
