Well, this week has been moving slowly and just not getting done what I had hoped. Work has been productive but its still dragging in areas that should be done and moving too fast in things that need time but I don't think I really have control on that. Projects seem to be lingering on the home front too. I need to get the final groceries to make beef and barley, I still need to make spaghetti sauce and there is that A&S project that still needs to be finished. Plus there is Estrella packing to do and just getting the house in shape.
Mel's been getting brewing stuff done but I guess there is more to do. He also needs to finish the yarn for the podlings coming home outfit and he needs to make a tensioned 4 bobbin lazy kate. He tried on monday night and had a fail so I think he will be at it again tonight and friday. I really want the yarn to be able to cast on while at Estrella or so. I don't have a lot of time left and need to get moving. Which reminds me, I need to check patterns and make sure I have the right needles for the project, looks like I need to by size 2 to size 4 needles but I'm not sure if it said DPNS or circular. I'll have to check before I head to knit night tonight.
I finished the #3 book of the year which is "St. Patrick's Gargoyle" by Katherine Kurtz. Fun romp through Dublin with a very sappy kinda ending. I'm okay with that though. Next on the docket of books will be some Patricia Briggs other series and the Steig Larsson books. So I shall see what I grab off the pile first.
Well, time for more electronic paperwork.
