Crazy week is crazy...
Mar. 1st, 2012 08:59 amWell, work has been nuts due to an FRB (failure review board) I got onto. I'm actually working two, one on program and one on another program so I'm getting spread a bit thin but the work is challenging and its been entertaining but its been a lot of work.
I had to leave work early on wednesday to take the car in for an oil change and headlight. I could have replaced the headlight but that requires me jacking the car up, taking off the front wheel, removing and underpanel etc. Not fun or a good use of my time. I sat in the comfy lounge at the dealership where they did all of the work and I worked on work on my laptop. They even washed the car and I'm pretty sure the car hasn't been washed since sometime in the summer....yeah, been a while. It looks so nice now.
Also took a quick peak at the Honda Pilot. Not sure its towing capacity is what we need but it might be. Will have to see...need to start looking at test drive vehicles soonish.
Other than that I've been updating my to do list. I've got to do some baking tonight and finish my sheild up, and polish silver and the coronets but not too shabby of things. Just hope Benton is in a good mood tonight. He's been doing really good but is getting bored with the infant room at daycare. Just 3 more weeks and they can move him up to the 1 year room and he can actually play outside with the kids. I'm sure we will start with skinned knees soon enough.
Much thanks to
scribe_ari for late night craft supplies. We needed paint stores were closed. Course I got half way home with her stuff and realized that we had tempera paints in the shop we could have used. Something to try next time.
All good. Looking forward to getting on the road tomorrow for phx and having a good weekend at crown.
