So, this am at 545am I was alerted by the security and the noise that our wall folks were at work. The panic though was we had not yet gotten a hold of our neighbor whose wall we need to demolish for our shared property line to put the wall up. But that got rectified and she came out when the equipment pulled into the side yard. So we are good and they have already cleared everything from the alley side, dug the trench and are clearing the side yard. There was a lot of debris under the old planter that was there at the property line with the neighbor. I'm so excited.

Last night I hit the gym for a good two mile walk...a little faster and not on an incline and with different shoes. all good. Got home and then kind of zoned out. I finished my ebook and the series for Aurora Teagarden. I was right on the whodunnit and that was fine. It was a romp and now tonight I will dive back into Sir Patrick. After that I have more physical books to read and will hold off on ebooks until we travel north for July.

I've got a small plan for the weekend. Just trying to figure out how to write very succinctly, so I can embroider it, the info about the quilt. Poignant points are:
Ruth L. Gibson made the quilt somewhere in the 1950s. My mom got it at Ruth's death in 1997. I got it in the mid 2010s to be repaired. in 2022 I repaired/rebacked/rebound it and in 2024 I've made the patch to commemorate Cynthia's death with the cardinal. So help...how do I write that?

Made by Ruth L. Gibson ~1950s
Repaired by Granddaughter Jennifer L. Nelson Kemp 2022
Commemorative Cardinal for Daughter Cynthia J. Nelson Gubbrud 2024

I dunno? Thoughts?
