Nice Sunday

Brunch at joes with family. Then mel and I did lots of errands. Got home and mel put a roast in the smoker.

Now everyone always thinks we are weird cause we only have rhubarb pie not strawberry-rhubarb pie. Now we have the ultimate way to do this in true pi^2 fashion:
Rhubarb pie with fresh homemade strawberry ice cream.

It's gonna be a good dinner.

O.k. normally I'm of the "NO POLLUTING THE RHUBARB WITH STRAWBERRIES!!!" camp, but I think you've finally found the proper strawberry-rhubarb combo here. Sounds yummy!
