ianukWe have a now 80k acre wildfire going 15 miles from my house. The air is smokey and awful and we have a swamp cooler which does some filtering but not really. My lungs ache and I have no voice. My anxiety keeps telling me "maybe its Covid" and my sane brain states....you have compromised lungs and things are smokey.
They are fighting it with 1000 people and CD-9s dumping retardant. We hope we have monsoons soon to help cause things have been 105F+ the last few days.
I've been not at the gym since well I sound sick so here we are. Ugh. Can't even go for walks since the air sucks. grump.
