Benton had recovered by the weekend from Covid. He was negative in a few days which was good and maintained that. I kept testing since I felt fucking awful for well even until now. I slept for 2 days and barely did anything but play games on my phone, read and sleep or just watch random shit on my phone. Went to urgent care on Sunday cause my symptoms were worse/different and they were convinced it was covid but gave me antibiotics for bronchitis. Those have finally started working as of Tuesday. I finally had some brain and could stay upright longer. I drove to get pizza and the boy from martial arts and that was too many spoons. Turning my head fast made things woozy but I'm better-ish. I'm working this AM and I hope to get a half day in. I may do the alst bit in bed with just triaging email? I dunno.
One thing I did start was playing Animal Crossing on the Switch. Its cute and easy and doesn't take brain power much. Which is what I needed. So reading...I've only put this in one post THIS YEAR WTF? So I'm stating the list again.
1) Calculated Risks
2) Spelunking through Hell
3) Sparrow Hill Road
4) The Girl in the Green Silk Gown
5) Angel of the Overpass finished 1/28/23
6) Indexing by Seanan McGuire finished on 2/10/23
7) Reflections by Seanan McGuire finished on 2/18/23 in SD
8) The Forgotten Dead by Jordan L. Hawk, found it on my kindle cute story LGBTQ+ awesomeness finished 2/20/23
9) Paladin's Grace by T. Kingfisher finished on 3/9/2023
10) Backpacking through Bedlam by Seanan McGuire finished on 3/12/23
11) Paladin's Strength by T. Kingfisher currently reading
The T. Kingfisher books take place in the same world as the The Clockwork Boys and the World of the White Rat so familiar folks are talked about or are there. They are fun and heartwarming with a touch of gore/horror cause Ursula aka T. K. loves to fuck with our heads in fun way. I have some of her actual horror and will read that eventually...maybe....it will depend.
So life is here...and I'm tired.
