Jul. 4th, 2005 06:50 pmProject days continued...I got two more tunics cut out for mel and one my A&S projects mainly sewn. I got one of his tunics sewn so that just leaves one more and the dress I cut out for myself. I also worked on other A&S stuff and chatted with roland and zippy when they stopped by. So, all good on the artsy front...got lots of advice and how to so life is good.
I'm dressed and ready to head to misha's party but mel is finishing up a woodworking project. He and zippy's first attempts at acid etching turned out well. The girls spent most of the afternoon curled up very cutely under my craft table. Though butterfly kept trying to take over my foot pedal. Now she's all about the "luv" and doesn't want me to leave. She's even sticking her tongue out at me.
So, tomorrow will be more of the same, cutting sewing and then some scribal. For those of you who have seen my A&S project anybody think its better to have two tables versus just one? I'm thinking of slacking and only doing 1 versus the two that were first planned out. Gonna try to get my dress finished, my silk overdress that I didn't get done for coronation finished and hopefully another overdress or two cut out for me. Maybe a wool tunic for mel as well. We shall see.
