At work for a while at least...

Well, I got up this morning rather slowly and got to work just a bit later. I did stop and get a breakfast sammich and things from Carl's Jr. I needed comfort food and we are out of everything. I'm tired and a fever is starting again but I have a review I have to go to at 10am. Looks like things are changing on the Italy trip..not sure why cause I missed that meeting yesterday. I have my cough syrup and will take it when I need it. It think I like this stuff compared to the last batch of stuff they gave me.

I slept most of the afternoon and only stirred just after mel got home. I then moved to the bed where it was cooler and slept some more. My fever was up I think and when people started arriving I realized that icecream would make a good dinner and that got me cooled down enough to ramble between rooms and chat with folks. I went to bed about 945 and was out like a light.

Well, I think my thoughts are rambly enough..I need to get to tasking things out.

Voting in a 2 party world

Well, like lferion, I also had to explain that yes, there were other candidates on the ballot than rep/dems...I was the only person to vote that way the entire day at my polling place.

Another funny thing is that archer64's name always comes up when they are searching for my name in the ballot books. So much fun that...nope, he's family but that's not me.
