Weekend in review...

Well, the weekend was really pretty good minus me not feeling up to snuff. I didn't bike but I'm okay with that..I wasn't feeling good and everything is out. I got to sleep in, snuggle with the cats and have some me time which was okay. Saturday I spent working on documentation and weaving. We headed out to the Tucson Beer Festival with richarddbrewer, zippydclown and american_knight. Had a darned good time. Got home, kibitzed, I worked on more documentation and then it was bed time.

Sunday dawned and I was weaving. I had a few issues with things not staying put on the loom but survived the catastrophic fail of cards falling of of the loom. I wove all morning and then headed over to Meg's house for kirtle work. We got my kirtle fitting very nicely and then it was home for a quick change and then out to dinner with the family for Ed's B-day and shrimp eating spectacular. Storvarr made it to our house in time to head out with us too. Zippy was having lots of fun teasing him and storvarr took it in stride. Got back to the house stuffed and we worked on projects. Mel and Storvarr pulled research, zippy attempted to cut soapstone but the blades weren't cutting it and I wove and finished out one doc. We were up late but I'm okay with that...good things got done and more good things will be coming. Just need to chin up and see it.
