Well, its the end of the week for me and I worked my ass off at work. I got home at just a bit after 6pm. I divided, stuck to my guns, conquered, wowed and p0wnd people, assemblies and things. But by the time that happened it was 4pm...and I still had my other jobs to do. Plus I had to get my documentation finalized and printed. The printer was annoying me. But its okay. Got home and was exhuasted and happy to see the box from 80s Tee's with my Baroness and my transformer's t-shrt along with my free gijoe belt. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
american_knight breezed in about then dropping A&S stuff off for me and for callas_and_ivy. Then mel and I headed out for an impromptu date night. Richard was humming cheerfully in the shop cluttered full of his work.
We headed to Mimi's since I had a $10 coupon for giving blood and we indulged in before dinner cappucino's with many Hudson Hawk references, had luverly broccoli cheese soup and then for entrees I had the new "meatloaf stroganoff" and mel had the chicken pot pie. We finished it off with a bit more coffee and the uber nummy bread pudding.
Seriously, if I didn't have A&S this weekend I would be heading to the store and stocking up on baking stuff. I want to make my cranberry orange bread, the pumpkin cider bread, apple pie and do some experiments with pie dough, bread pudding and biscuits. Its fall in my brain and the baking bug is starting to take hold. Sighs. The week after next might be good for that...
We headed off to BevMo for a quick look and got the Sierra Nevada Anniversary Ale and I got Vampyre Vodka..its actually pretty good. Then we got home and mel headed to the shop to work on things and I started in on cleaning the house. its almost done. I need to pick up my studio, get my sewing machine out for one more alteration and write some scroll text for the weekend to do. Mel is working on his last project and tomorrow will be packing up for A&S, laundry, a good bike ride and relaxing after a tough week. I'm very relaxed now and its a good sign.
