Ah, the weekend...

Well, yesterday was faboo in that I got my house cleaned in 3 hours including scrubbing the master bath shower on my hands and knees. All of the kitchen and the bathrooms got a good deep cleaning. Then only thing I didn't get to was dusting and vacuuming but I think monday will be good for that. Then I headed to happy hour and we had a potluck. My Cherry Coke Jello Salad went over well and I had a nice time. The baby blanket was getting done. Got home and was happy to sit and work on the blanket. Andrew and meowandbark brought over Papa Murphy's so I let them play with the oven. The game didn't involve much dice rolling but can we saw that a 2 hour tsunami will be a very fitting end to the bad guys? Yeah, good planning. Went to be after hitting the 3rd side of the last row of edging. I was tired and planned on getting up and biking.

I got up later (3 alarms) than I planned but I got on my bike and did a hard ride. In style with todays tour which was kinda cool. I increased my mileage and sucked on parts of it but 14.43 miles at 15.1 mph (MMR says 14.5 but it counts total time versus actual wheel movement like my computer). Anyhoo, I was tuckered when I got in and STARVING!!! So, got breakfast and made coffee and sat down to watch Lance do AWESOME and come in 3rd. Go ASTANA!!! Woot!

I finished the blanket and got it into the wash, ran errands and got things ready for the baby shower. I'm going to leave in a bit and have my personal afghan as handwork. yeah, I can't sit still now without something in my hands. Gah. Oh, well. So, good day so far.
