Back on the wagon.
May. 9th, 2014 07:37 amWednesday I managed to finally get my fat butt back to the gym. Its been a really long time but I did it. I figure I'm going to hit the circuit training room and try to get back up to my 3 circuits before heading back into my other weight/running routine. I did two circuits on Wednesday and I can tell I pushed too hard. I was so tired and wiped from that and my asthma reared up and told me what for when I got to the car. Today I woke up and was sore from tip to toes and well, that is good minus this crazy sinus headache I have going on. So, I will go back today and do it again.
I've been eating better and not drinking beer or eating sweets (much). I had a hard time with that over the last few weeks and I need to not do that. Anytime I think I *need* a beer or sweet I'm going to go make tea.
