stoopid trick ankle/foot

Well late sunday night I did something kinda dumb and clutzy....I stood up and walked not realizing my left foot was asleep and my ankle rolled to the floor. I didn't feel it, thank god, but it was oddly numb.  Mel reset it yesterday morning before I put weight on it and I thought that was that but last night it swelled up and today its achey and numb enough I have my feet up and am working from the couch.  Ugh.  This is making me very tired. And work is boring right now and that never bodes well and my muses are "make all of the things" and I'm trying to be good about not ove working my hands and stuff.  Ugh.  Boo hiss....
