My anxiety isn't alleviating...its not worse...its not better....it just is. My sleep has been erratic and looking at my sleep stuff from my Fitbit and my Apple Watch (yah more stress there), my deep sleep has been very bad. I'm exhausted until about 10pm and then I'm awake...and then I just read or fret. I had a nice..not too hard list of things to do for the holiday weekend and did none of it. Not a single thing. My gumption is just nill. For nothing but playing on my phone or reading.

So reading: yeah that has been a thing.

I've added many levels to games and to Animal Crossing things but have only knit at coronation and haven't touched anything else.

I did manage to clean up the studio a bit when my computer refresh was wonky but nothing else. Laundry is apile. We have a new cleaning lady and she's wonderful but now I need to pick up my dresser since its not at all organized on the top..its a mess.

Trying to be kind to myself but the guilt is annoying to deal with...why can't I motivate?
