Well my last line of my last post was "being a lump in bed sounds good" and yeah so I took a nap after work and I did not feel good. I hurt and was woozy and just ugh. Tuesday I woke up and it wasn't better it was worse and my side was acheing badly. I put a call into my doc with a message about my test result and I thought I had a UTI or kidney something. I was running a low grade fever off an on. I slept or read most of Tuesday, same with Wednesday and the doc called and said they would see my Friday. I was not a good advocate for myself and Mel told me to go to urgent care. I schedule one for the first thing Thursday AM.

They were confused by my symptoms and lack of things in my urine. So they sent me to the ER. I hit the new private ER and they were quick and efficient and also perplexed. Everything looked normal but I had the pain some burning at my bladder. They figured it was a kidney infection and gave me IV antibiotics and a scrip for a heavy black boxed antibiotics. The fluids and iv pain killers helped a bit. I had been drinking a lot of fluids and electrolytes but that just felt better in some ways. I got taco bell and was home in like 3.5 hours from the ER. Which is impressive. I slept more thursday night and then Friday we had our yearly appts. Figured out really quick that the front desk staff nerfed my request on Tuesday. Doc was also not convinced it was kidney since my urine was okay. We are awaiting cultures and the antibiotics they had prescribed me were 3X as strong and 2x as long as what she would normally give for a kidney infection. She thinks its muscular and gave me some muscle relaxers which seem to help. I will call her tomorrow for final updates, I still may need antibiotics but not the crazy shit they sent me from the ER that causes possible tendon rupture. Yikes.

So after the doc we had a nice breakfast at Joes. We headed home and I basically went back to bed. I got up after Mel was heading to the dojo. Benton was home from school and Mel had not told him I'd been in the ER. Whoops. But its okay. We had a nice dinner of left overs. He was whiny about playing video games. I had been back at playing Animal crossing. I went to bed pretty early with a muscle relaxer on board. I woke very early for me on Saturday but I was able to relax, get a shower, Get Spicy to the vet and then home to help pick up the house before Jesse and Jen arrived. I even picked up my knitting. Last we saw Jesse he was literally dying (like went into the hospital the next day at Mayo). His hemoglobin count was like 3.5. They took him off his Wegner's meds to see if that is what is causing the issue with his bone marrow and he got a bunch of blood transfusions. We still have another 8 weeks to see if this is what fixes him but he was looking so much better. We had a lovely time with them and good food while I knitted on Blossom's chicken.

Sunday I slept way in and we managed to get to Costco...I took it very easy. I bought two sets of Whalen industrial shelves for Ari's new house. We got groceries, got home to unload and then to Ari's to unload. She has been ms-fix-it with things and its been fun to watch. Then we came home and I took a muscle relaxer and took a 2+ hour nap.
