I didn't do that...
Apr. 2nd, 2025 10:07 amI stated yesterday:
So goals today: survive work, pick up dinner, clean up studio, go to bed early.
I did survive work. I did not pick up dinner but I did stop to get things for dinner (veggies and tortilla), and I cooked and then I sat down. I was tired and Benton needed me to keep him on task with homework and shower so I never even opened my studio door. I then disassociated on the phone and he took an hour shower so my shower was luke warm but I was in bed and lights out by 1015pm. I woke up when mel came home and told him about dinner.
So I made tacos with spicy chicken strips from costco which I cooked in the air fryer. I minced up a green onion and sliced up some green olives and refried beans. I got street tortillas and heated them up to perfection. Benton said the chicken was too spicy. I thought it was just perfect and didn't' need any hot sauce. He still ate 4 street tacos, 2 with chicken, two with beans. So though it was spicy he liked it.
Today is more work and then knitting.
My allergies and brain fog seem better. not sure if the day inside an AC building helped or that my body has caught up with enough meds in the system? Though I forgot my meds this morning like a dumbass. Sighs.
So yeah surviving...I think that is okay.
