Quick and Easy Crockpot Chicken ala Mingo

ianukQuick and Easy Crockpot Chicken
Take 1 cut up chicken or your favorite chicken pieces (skinned or not doesn't matter).
Place them in a crock-pot with a bit of salt and pepper.
Pour in 1/2 bottle of white wine
Cover this with 1-2 cups of bread crumbs
Cook on low 5.5 hours
Add a big bunch of parsley and cook for 30mins more.
Enjoy. The bread crumbs and wine make a great gravy for the chicken.
