ianukGah, seriously..icky morning followed by less icky afternoon. I got through it and I'm glad but man, can we please not have any more meetings like that? Kthxbai!
Got home and planned on doing something but the +12 couch of sleepiness needed my soul for a while. I woke up groggy but better I think. Dom and Willa were over for armor work and research. Catan was also over for research and she and Willa had fun with the cookbooks. Asa arrived later and then we got down to playing with beads. She got 1 necklace and 2 festoons put together. I failed at getting to make bannana bread but that was okay. I got some chatting time and was social and that was good for the headspace. Folks left before 10pm and I was sleepy (benadryl induced) when the girls started hissing over territory. A cat was outside and it turned out to be kitkat (kitty from next door who is not an outdoor kitty). We made phone calls to the neighbors after they didn't answer the door and we shut her up in the laundry room with the door shut. Guess our neighbors came over and got her about 1030pm. They left us treats on the shelf by the front door to say thanks.
I slept well but this AM I'm tired. Hoping the day goes well...but I have late meetings and I still want to make bannana bread and do laundry before we pack up for barmaids tomorrow. We shall see how we do.
