Monday...yup it sure was..

ianukSo, we'll start off with a meme...cause that was kinda fun.
Then we'll talk a bit about the rather annoying day that is called monday. Seemed that everyone didn't want to be at work either and were tired and despondent about things in general. This was made perfectly clear with the one guy you've heard me talk about not paying attention to the conversation during a meeting and then asking the exact question we answered. yeah, special. Went to some meetings for my new team. Work with DOM (Dirty Old Man) on a few things and had fun with that. We rocked and rolled on some analysis much to the pleasure of our reliability guy. Then I was able to relax the last half hour and work on a few small things before heading out to do some shopping.
I hit Miller's surplus and picked up to camping cots, a can of tana waterproofing and a new carebiner(sp?) for my keys. Then I went to 17th street market for a few things and then home. Even with the AC on in the car I was hot and my head wasn't happy when I got home. I took my hair down and snuggled up on the couch for a minute that turned into a 40 min nap with the caps oozing all over me. (seriously, it looked like butterfly was melting down my leg). I felt much better after a nap and got laundry going and had dinner with the husband. Then we handled getting the court reports up to date and I trundled off to ari's for scribble. We had progress from everyone. Icka was uber awesome and traced out, I'm not even sure how many, scrolls. We all painted and I was able to finish a scroll (the first one since my elevation). I like it so much I'm going to do the calligraphy, yup. Got home a bit earlier than normal. Mel and I sat and chatted. He showed me that he'd taken apart the travel wheel and had linseed oiled its entirety and reglued a few places. He has plans to pack things up tommorrow and get the wheel spinning again and then ready to pack for the trip. I have lots of errands still (target) and stuff to get ready for for my class on wednesday. Sighs. Not enough hours in the day. So, since I need to ...its time for a to do list!

2) Wash Shirts
3) Pack clothes
4) Pull items for classes (lapidary, glass)
6) Pull camping gear
7) Find electric lanterns
8) Pack first aid kit with bug spray and benedryl
9) Blankets and towels set
10) Stretch silk and paint edges
11) Get pattern for new populace badge for one banner
12) Put away laundry
13) Pack toiletries
14) Pack lantern hanger
15) Grab camera, notebook and pens
16) Print Maps and get maps from AAA.
17) Pack looms and thread
18) pack embroidery
19) Print Handouts
