I have become a big fan of Pennsic's gatebook -- there are two books. Now, I believe that part of that is due to the way Pennsic is managed -- the advertising & merchant information is handled by the Coopers, and they print the book that has all that info. Everything else -- A&S class descriptions, schedules, field schedules, combat schedules, tourney schedules, and on and on -- are in the book that is produced by the SCA. You get both books when you check in.
