ianukWell I've managed a walk and a session of HIIT this week. Gonna do another session of HIIT tonight even though I've got a bit of a headache. But its okay. I changed my vitamin D to twice a D and that I think has helped me feel better too.

I had bought this book from the author at PHXCC a few years ago and was half way through it and stopped...its choppy and its set as kind of a pulp noir with zombies/witches/werewolves and its an interesting premise. I'll finish this book and then probably won't read any further in the series.
