Work and sick and meh....

The weekend was a weekend. I slept a lot. We managed to get the tree up and I got presents wrapped and under the tree. It still doesn't have ornaments. But that is for Benton and I to work on this week. Work is a lot of work right now. I'm transitioning to my new role but still partially doing my old role and trying to get things going and we are already behind schedule. Which sucks. Saw the doc on Monday and she confirmed my sinus infection, I got my flu shot and she increased my brain meds to hopefully get my mojo back. We shall see how that goes. But I started yesterday and nothing too different but she has me on pretty stout antibiotics and a new nasal spray to clear the crap out. But I'm tired. I went to bed at 9pm last night and fitfully slept through the night.

So hopefully this weekend will get things moving torwards normalcy. I will be doing the last of my xmas shopping at the street fair. I actually hope to hit that solo. Just to have time to do what I want and see what I want. Benton will be another week on being fully vaccinated. He gets his retainer next week...his appliance fell out before Thanksgiving and he's grown enough that it won't go back in. So, that is a thing. He's getting bigger. Wow. But yes shopping maybe take Mel. I don't know.

But yeah, I only have like a week of work left and yeeha not so good on getting things done. So much to do...so little time or want. Lol. But its gonna be okay. I hope I feel better to get back to the gym. I know that helps my mood.
