yup, small steps

ianukSo, my county in AZ had 72% voter turnout. Which is acceptable honestly. We also voted blue by 80k votes for Harris. The overall for the state was 185122 votes more for trump but large swaths of blue...though a state rep is still up in the air. We kept abortion rights but did weird things on other stuff. sighs. Oh well.
Anyhoo...still feeling crappy but its helping me hyper focus stuff for work stuff. But work is still dumb. I'm numb to it at this point and every horrible thing is just funny. We briefed my dept on some of the horror today and watching my director make faces of grief and the impact of suck was gratifying and sad. Cause its obvious the severity of this issue was not communicated across the company and I'm getting sick of surprising people with the info. All of us feel very defeated.
I'm looking forward to the week in Washington for Thanksgiving will be welcome and then I will have 12.5 working days for the year. So yeah.
Project wise...pumpkin is still in the last closure throws....I just have lost motivation. I need to cast on the normal size for my MIL and that will be the coronation knitting I think. Ari is going with us so that will make a nice day.
