Monday...crazy but okay....
Mar. 6th, 2007 06:42 amWork was annoying. Things did not get done when I needed them done. I promised deadlines that everyone else felt weren't important...grrrr...so today we will get things going. Hopefully I won't have any annoying meetings.
Obsidian at about half her food last night and about 3/4 this morning. We're actually wondering if the yacking is butterfly versus obsidian. The food found in the yack is whole (butterfly doesn't chew) and it makes sense if she's eating all of her sister's food. I'm gonna call the vet and see what she thinks. Got lots of phone calls to make..ugh. Doctor's appointments, car servicing etc. Better make to with that once things open.
Got home and waited for andrew to get there for kung fu (he was running late) and then I headed out on my bike ride. I did 4 miles and that was good. Got cold and snuggled up on the couch after I changed. The girls were snuggled with me. Mel got back in not in time to cook me dinner so I ventured out to Beuno Nacho* by way of Micheals crafts and gots me some grub. Course what is really funny is that meg was at Beuno Nacho* too. Second night in a row we've met at the same place without planning dinner. Tonight is way planned with little fishes but I need to make with the getting the husband to the movie on time, so I will need to get off of work on time and then bike, change and do that. I really want to get myself back in the biking mode and just cause we don't have two cars doesn't mean that mel can't plan his own rides. June 1st that won't really matter, yeah! Got grub and then headed to ari's for a fun scribble. I was the only one painting...course I forgot my paint palette but it worked anyway since I inked and did some blending. Monkey joined us and blossom was there too. Mason wasn't too sure about that and boy did we get the cute "I'm stuck in jail, save me" faces. So cute. Got home, cleaned up some yack. We're pretty sure its butterball since obsidian was in the bedroom and it wasn't on the floor when mel walked to bed. I then showered quickly and snuggled into bed with "Bump in the Night" which is an anthology of authors JD Robb included about ghostly happenings. Read far too late but I luvs the Eve Dallas and snuggled in for a nice sleep. Awoke this morning with the alarm and was good. I couldn't find my keys for a bit but I made it on time.
So, here is to a day that goes more on track with what needs to get done and hopefully a good time at little fishes and then to finding out what I'm wearing for the wedding on Saturday.
