Drudgery

Minus a few things, like having little fishes with the bestest friend, the day was the suck. Took forever to get things done with my change paper, people were out that we needed and it was a cluster. Took obsidian to the vet where she was a very, very good girl except for some growling. The vet suggested a couple of forms of treatment 1)pepcid and gooshey food appetizer, 2) xrays and bloodwork. I opted for #1 first to see how things would go by Friday and if things did not improve then we'd go for #2. Well, the vet tech gave her a 1/4 tablet of pepcid and she enjoyed the treats I gave her when we got home. Butterfly was being a bitch and is still hissing at her. Stoopid jealous cat. Oh, and today is their birthday of all funny things. They are 4 and butterfly got locked in the bathroom. Got home from sushi and running a few errands and did the gooshey food for the girl. She didn't know what to think and licked the plate to eat it. Since she's never had gooshey it was weird for her but she ate about 2 tbls of what I put down. Butterfly was locked in the bedroom during this. At dinner time obsidian ate 3/4 of what was in her bowl. We've seen no more yack so far. Had late night paperwork glitches due to stoopid cell phones. I figured out that I have 1 dress that I'm happy with for this weekend's wedding. Still need to go shopping for gifts etc. Plus do other things. Just not a very productive evening.

Not even sure what is up for this afternoon. I missed my bike ride due to husband needing a ride to the theater, so I need to put one in today. Maybe a date night, though he wasn't too enthused. We shall see.
