I feel like crap

Ugh...so I have allergy driven coughing asthma and well its not being kind to me today. I have been out of breath most of the day and hit the inhaler quite a few times. So, I'm thinking no bike ride for me and when I get home (after kinkos) I'm gonna take a nap and watch the world go by.

I've been on an anti-allergy regime. It's called "Two Benedryls a Day Night". I sleep at night, my headaches went away and my allergies have been to a minimum.

Seems like everyone over here is a victim of the Pollen Menance too.

On a daily basis I take:
1 Zyrtec
2 Puffs of Advair (1 morning/1 night)
2 shots of Rhinocourt Aqua
2 Benedry at night

So I think I'm at the most I could probably take....
