Work pace has picked up considerably and I've been in vendor meetings for the last two days for 1/2 days so my normal duties are getting put on the wayside. I have to catch back up today and I've had 2 more meetings scheduled that were not on my calendar yesterday. Sighs.

The arm is being a pain and I didn't realize it was making me grumpy but I have things to combat that today (hell0, icyhot sleeve). I didn't bike yesterday due to schedule...today its probably going to rain but tomorrow it looks good for a group ride. I'll be okay with that. Victory Hall is cancelled due to pink eye...ewwww and I guess that will give me time to finish up the banner, get the second banner started on painting and get things organized for the next one over the next few days. I'll post pictures when I get done tonight. Didn't get a chance to get any last night.

The officer's meeting was light and short...good fun there. "No one expects the Golda Inquisistion!!!!" Seriously, you had to be there...

Got a late night phone call that got me out of bed and then had me wired for a while so I was up way too late. Hopefully not to many more of those. I have emails and phone calls to make today that were spurned by that conversation. It makes me realize that I don't think any year I will be fully prepared for Estrella in the time line I like....there just ends up being not enough time to do all the things I want to do. Sighs. Maybe next year when the whole household will be camping and we won't be B&B and having those trials and tribulations. We shall see.

We just had a "realignment" of our ME staff....that means I know have a specific person to go to organize my tasks and off load things when I'm too busy...this is good thing. On the other hand it looks like all of my hard work this year will most definitely not let me get promoted...which was one of my goals...I guess I'm not diversified in my tasks enough. Sighs. I was hoping and that really means I need to find a new job here.
