Well, work was busy, we're stopped do to another issue with bonding on a part...I might be headed up to portland, or tomorrow for a business trip from it..I find out at 10am today. Sighs but it made for a busy day.

After work I got home and finished picking up the house. Mel was awesome. Course when I went to sweep the hall and kitchen I couldn't find the broom or the dustpan...and they weren't outside...wtfo?

Scribble started out slow but that was okay. My ipod wins on the "random" scale. It was spanning 60 years of music alot and that was fun. I managed to not finish the scrolls I was going to finish. I hit the "too much fine motor control for me" stage and quit. Sighs. I'll finish them up on friday. So, I then helped hope with some research and worked on some embroidery. I'm about 80% done now on the 3rd rose. I was hoping to finish but I'm okay with that too.

The tattoo hit the "ugly" stage and its very, very disconcerting to have black skin coming off of my body. But its normal and peely and I'm not scratching it...just lots of lotion. Today will be a trial of comfort in the pants department. Thankfully the lowriding pants are feeling better than when I put them on this am.

I slept pretty good but could have slept in much more. I'm about 1/2 way through To the Nines and its actually been pretty good, not the normal stuff for janet but still fun and fluffy. I do think I'll read WWZ next though for something different for a while...hope it doesn't give me nightmares though...we shall see. So, today will be full of things and maybe travel plans, I keep you posted.

World War Z shouldn't be too bad actually. It's well done, but not excessively graphic. Hrm. About on par with Butcher or Brust. So some, but not belabored and can be left up to the imagination. It's a decent read.

Trust me, having blue, green and purple skin come of your body is even more disconcerting.
