I LOVE Arugula. Try it as a leafy green mixed with lettuce on a chicken sammich. Good stuff.

Yeah, I think my mistake was making it all of the leafy green in my salad...it was tasty but way unexpected.

When the local strawberries are ripe, Mom and I will make salads that involve strawberries, arugula, other local greens, and maybe some balsamic. The sweetness of the strawberries with the peppery arugula is the BOMB.

Arugula is good, but very peppery. I can imagine that as the only green it would be overpowering.

yes, its been fun. course mel will be picking things up alone while I'm on travel. Hopefully things will keep while we are gone to the fiber fest.
